There are countless reasons that make The Purple Cow Restaurant a beloved destination for individuals of all ages. Our unwavering dedication to serving quality food and providing outstanding service is, of course, a vital aspect. We take immense pride in crafting your favorites, and our burgers and shakes are renowned for a very good reason.
Equally vital is our warm, family-friendly environment and exceptional staff. A trip to our restaurant transcends a mere meal; it becomes a cherished experience that unites the entire family—a delightful time together that can be hard to find nowadays. And we take great pride in that, too.
The journey began in 1989 when entrepreneur Ed Moore and Chef Paul Bash launched The Purple Cow Restaurant on Cantrell Road in Little Rock. That initial location, inspired by the classic diners of the 50s, quickly became a sensation, leading to the establishment of a second location. A site in Hot Springs opened its doors in 2010, and in 2014, we expanded to Conway/Hendrix Village. Our latest addition to the family arrived in 2019 with the opening in North Little Rock.
More than twenty years have passed, yet The Purple Cow Restaurant remains steadfast to its cherished roots. The decor continues to exude classic charm. The atmosphere still evokes nostalgia. The food remains exceptional. And you know what? We wouldn’t dream of changing a thing.
